How SCLEO Works for Providers

Keep 80% of the service subtotal

SCLEO's default platform commission is 20% of the service subtotal. You keep the remaining 80%.

Keep 100% of customer tips

Tips belong entirely to you. SCLEO does not deduct, retain, or collect any percentage of tips.

Customers pay through SCLEO

All payments are processed securely through the platform. You never collect payment directly from customers.

Provider Application

Apply to Join SCLEO

Create a password for your SCLEO account. You'll use this with your email to log in to your Provider Dashboard after submitting.

You do not need an LLC to become a SCLEO provider. If you operate as an individual/sole proprietor, you can still join — your W-9 / tax information will be completed securely during onboarding.

W-9 / Tax Information

You do not need an LLC to become a SCLEO provider. If you operate as an individual/sole proprietor, you can complete the W-9 using your legal taxpayer information (SSN or EIN).

The W-9 is completed securely through your Provider Dashboard after your application is approved — it is not required to apply now. Never send W-9 information by email, text, or messaging.

Select all services you can provide. You'll set your own pricing for each one after approval.

Upload a clear photo of your driver's license, passport, or state ID. This is required for identity verification and is reviewed by SCLEO before approval. Your ID is stored securely and never shared publicly.
