1. Purpose
The SCLEO Provider Code of Conduct establishes the professional, ethical, and operational standards expected of every Provider using the SCLEO Platform. Our goal is to create a marketplace built on trust, professionalism, safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service. All Providers are expected to comply with this Code while performing services through the SCLEO Platform. Failure to comply may result in coaching, written warnings, temporary suspension, mandatory retraining, or permanent removal from the Platform, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
2. Professionalism
Providers represent themselves as independent professionals while delivering services through the SCLEO Platform. Providers are expected to: Arrive on time. Communicate respectfully and professionally. Treat every customer fairly and courteously. Present themselves in a clean, neat, and professional manner appropriate for the services being performed. Complete services with care, honesty, and attention to detail. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude during all customer interactions. Respect customer privacy and personal property at all times.
3. Reliability
Customers rely on Providers to honor accepted bookings. Providers are expected to: Accept only bookings they can reasonably complete. Arrive within the scheduled appointment window. Notify SCLEO immediately if delays or emergencies occur. Complete services as agreed unless prevented by legitimate circumstances. Maintain accurate availability on the Platform. Repeated avoidable cancellations, repeated late arrivals, or repeated no-shows may result in disciplinary action.

Providers must: Wear clean clothing appropriate for the services being performed. Wear closed-toe shoes or other appropriate protective footwear required for the service. Maintain good personal hygiene. Present themselves in a neat and professional manner. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required by the service or applicable safety standards. Each Provider must maintain an active, verified SCLEO profile containing accurate identification information, including a current profile photograph and any verification information required by SCLEO. Customers may use the information displayed in the SCLEO Platform to verify that the individual arriving to perform the service matches the approved Provider assigned to the booking. At this time, SCLEO does not require Providers to wear SCLEO-branded uniforms or clothing. However, SCLEO may introduce optional or required branded apparel for certain service categories or programs in the future.
5. Provider Profile Standards
To help maintain customer trust and transparency, every Provider must maintain a complete, accurate, and professional SCLEO profile. Providers are required to: Upload a recent, clear profile photograph that accurately represents their current appearance. Ensure their face is clearly visible in the profile photograph. Avoid sunglasses, face coverings (unless legally or medically required), filters, or heavily edited images that obscure their appearance. Maintain accurate contact information and verification details. Keep licenses, certifications, insurance information, and other required documentation current. Promptly update any material changes to their profile in accordance with SCLEO policies.
